Eric is the CEO the Kerner Group of companies.


Previously, Eric co-founded The ITR Group, a mobile computing and wireless networking firm in Bristol, England. He ran the company, as Managing Director, for 9 years before selling it to private buyers in 2006. Following the sale of The ITR Group, Eric turned his attention to philanthropy, international business consulting and keynote speaking in over 20 countries.

Eric is also an avid wildlife photographer and conservationist.

John Geotze, CFO

Jon has over 20 years of experience working with private businesses in the areas of financing, mergers and acquisitions, business valuations and strategic planning. This experience came from stints at 3 national/regional accounting firms and from his own company started in 1996. He has also served as the CFO for several small market companies.


Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Minnesota. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree, with an emphasis in finance and strategic planning, from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
