Eric Edmeades - CEO
team/photos/slide1.jpgEric is the CEO and majority owner of the Kerner Group.
Previously, Eric co-founded The ITR Group, a mobile computing and wireless networking firm in Bristol, England. He ran the company, as Managing Director, for 9 years before selling it to private buyers in 2006. Following the sale of The ITR Group, Eric turned his attention to philanthropy, international business consulting and keynote speaking in over 20 countries. It was in his capacity as a consultant that he was first introduced to Kerner and, because of his combined passions for film and technology, decided to join the team.

Jon Goetze - CFO
team/photos/slide2.jpgJon has over 20 years of experience working with private businesses in the areas of financing, mergers and acquisitions, business valuations and strategic planning. This experience came from stints at 3 national/regional accounting firms and from his own company started in 1996. He has also served as the CFO for several small market companies.
Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Minnesota. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree, with an emphasis in finance and strategic planning, from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Tim Partridge - President
team/photos/slide3.jpgTim joined Kerner from Dolby Laboratories where, for over 20 years, he worked at the forefront of entertainment and entertainment technology. A graduate of Surrey University, England, Tim joined Dolby in London and for 10 years worked as surround sound consultant on over 100 films around the world. He relocated to the US to become Vice President Marketing, later SVP and General Manager for Professional Businesses and finally Executive Vice President of Products and Technologies. Tim also held board positions with subsidiary companies and in 1998 graduated from the Program for Management Development at Harvard.
His passion for movies and the intersection of art and technology, sparked by the release of George Lucas' "Star Wars", led Tim to play a critical role in the adoption of Surround Sound and Dolby Digital sound in film industries around the world. His leadership in the development of Dolby 3D led him to his position at Kerner where he continues to help filmmakers realize their creative visions.

Gavin Wilding - MD, Kerner Studios (Canada)
team/photos/slide4.jpgGavin Wilding is the Managing Director of Kerner Studios (Canada) and has a long track record in production and distribution. A Leo Award-winning and Genie Nominated producer, Gavin has almost 20 feature and television credits. Originating in Award winning television commercial production, with Gavin's 16 year old production company, Rampage Entertainment. The company graduated into long form productions in the mid 1990’s and was nominated by the Business Development Bank of Canada as ‘Exporter of the Year’ in 2005. Gavin’s latest productions, prior to joining Kerner, include the Tom Green, Brooke Shields' Disney production of BOB THE BUTLER, the Jason Statham action pic CHAOS and Charlize Theron's BATTLE IN SEATTLE. Around 2007, Gavin recognized the challenges facing the independent production business, with the decline in demand for independent product and free downloading on the web, and therefore began to explore alternative options in the 'New Media' sectors. This led to discovering 3D technologies and the Kerner Group. Gavin acknowledges strongly that 3D is a revitalization of the independent film and television businesses.
